The Snowbusters program connects community volunteers with neighbors who are unable to clear their sidewalks or driveway after a snowfall due to age, disability, or other physical limitations.
This is a wonderful chance to make a real difference by offering support to those in need. Consider becoming a Snowbuster as an individual, family, club, or even as a business!
To volunteer as a Snowbuster, you must:
-
Commit to assisting the resident in need for an entire snow season, beginning in November 15 and ending April 15.
-
Shovel the public sidewalk and access of the resident within 24 hours of a snowfall of two (2) inches or more.
-
Be 14 years of age or older (youth under 18 must have parent signed waiver)
